Shell signs 15-year agreement with largest solar project in Germany

Shell Energy Europe Limited (鈥淪hell鈥) has signed a 15-year power purchase agreement with HANSAINVEST Real Assets to secure 600 megawatts (MW) of capacity at Germany鈥檚 largest solar project. Microsoft has already secured 323 MW of this renewable energy capacity from Shell.

Shell signs new power deal with world鈥檚 largest offshore wind farm

Shell Energy Europe Limited (SEEL) has secured a 15-year power purchase agreement for 240 megawatts of power to be produced from phase C of Dogger Bank, the world鈥檚 largest offshore wind farm, bringing Shell鈥檚 total offtake to 720 megawatts.

Shell starts trading power from Europe鈥檚 largest battery

Europe鈥檚 largest battery storage project, the 100-megawatt system in Minety in Wiltshire, South West England, is now fully operational. Controlled and optimised by Shell-owned Limejump, the battery will help balance the 麻豆传媒鈥檚 electricity demand, providing electricity for up to 10,000 homes for a day before being recharged.
