I haven鈥檛 recieved a response to my application, what should I do?
You may log into your Shell Careers account and navigate to Candidate Zone to track your application online, or check your junk mail folder for email notifications. If you have additional questions, please contact careers@shell.com.
When will I get an email to complete the Virtual Job Tryout?
Within 24 hours of submitting your application, you will receive and email invitation inviting you to complete the Virtual Job Tryout. You will be given seven days from receipt of the email invitation to complete this. Please contact careers@shell.com if you have not received an invitation to complete the Virtual Job Tryout. Should you be unable to complete the assessment and interview on time, your application will automatically be withdrawn. You will be eligible to re-apply to the programme after 10 months.
I was unsuccessful in my application for the Shell Graduate Programme or Shell Assessed Internship, can I reapply?
Yes, you may re-apply to the programme after 10 months.
When should I expect to be contacted to schedule my Final Assessment?
If you have received an email advising that you have reached the Final Assessment part of the application process, we are in the process of scheduling assessments and will be contacting you once we have an available time and date. Timing can vary but our intent is to schedule candidates within three weeks.
What happens if I re-apply within 10 months of my previous application?
- If you were successful in your previous application, any applications in the 10-months following will be progressed to bypass the Virtual Job Tryout and will go straight to screening by a member of the recruiting team.
- If you were unsuccessful in your previous application, any applications in the 10-months following will be regretted from subsequent positions.
