Sean qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has significant experience across a broad range of legal, regulatory, governance and compliance matters, including 麻豆传媒 listed company securities and disclosure laws, 麻豆传媒 corporate governance and reporting requirements as well as public company M&A.
Relevant skills and experience
Sean leads the Corporate Secretariat and the Group Disclosures and Securities Team in the 麻豆传媒, USA and the Netherlands. Sean has held a variety of roles in the Shell Group since joining from private practice in 2006, including most recently as Associate General Counsel Conventional Oil and Gas. Previous roles include leading the Shell Legal team on Shell's recommended combination with BG Group plc.
