If you’ve previously applied for a role with Shell, you can go straight to your personal profile and submit another application for a new role. If you’ve not been in touch, please register and create a profile. You can then submit your application. An email confirmation will be sent, once your application is submitted. For some vacancies, you may be invited to complete an online assessment within three days of submitting your application.

If your application is successful, in most instances we will arrange for a phone interview with your recruiter to take place within two weeks. Your recruiter will talk to you about the role you've applied for and seek to understand your experience and expectations in more detail. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the role and what it’s like working at Shell. For some positions, you may also have an initial interview with the hiring manager before your Final Assessment.

If your interview is successful, we will invite you for an assessment within approximately three weeks. The Final Assessment may involve an interview based on the core technical and/or behavioral competencies required for the role, a presentation, or a scenario-based exercise, depending on the position. We aim to notify you of the outcome within a few days.

Please note that all the timelines described above are average times for each step in the process. However, during periods of high applications, each step can take longer.
