ANKARA, TÃœRKIYE â€“ Shell International Trading Middle East Fze (Shell) and Türkiye’s Boru Hatları ile Petrol Taşıma AÅž (BOTAÅž) have signed a ten-year agreement through which Shell will supply BOTAÅž with up to 4 billion cubic metres of liquefied natural gas (LNG) a year from its US and global portfolio, with deliveries starting in 2027.

Shell Eastern Trading (Pte.) Ltd. (Shell) has delivered its first cargo of liquefied natural gas to Hong Kong in a week that it also delivered the first commissioning cargo to Vietnam’s first LNG import terminal.

The SPA will become fully effective upon the satisfaction of the conditions precedent, including Energy Transfer taking a final investment decision (FID).

Shell Eastern Trading (Pte) Ltd (Shell) and a subsidiary of Mexico Pacific Limited (Mexico Pacific) announced today they have signed a sales and purchase agreement for Shell to offtake 2.6 million tonnes per year (MTPA) of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the first two trains of Mexico Pacific’s anchor LNG export facility located in Puerto Libertad, Sonora, Mexico.
