: Training the next generation
Shell Lubricant Solutions is proud to partner with American Clean Power to help train up the next generation of Wind technicians through our free virtual workforce training platform, Shell Wind Tech Academy. The platform delivers comprehensive training modules 5-12 minutes in length, tackling critical training needs.
Shell Wind Tech Academy modules can be used as a training for the American Clean Power Micro Credentials for Lubrication. Training categories cover Fundamentals of Lubrication, Advanced Lubrication Concepts, and Operational Safety.

: Setting new standards
Shell Lubricant Solutions is proud to announce its membership in the APQP4Wind alliance, a global non-profit organisation founded by world-leading wind turbine manufacturers and suppliers.
APQP4Wind is the common frame of reference used by the international wind industry supply chain to strengthen co-operation between suppliers and manufacturers. Its aim is to develop an internationally aligned quality assurance standard that will simplify the quality planning and product release processes.
Through its membership, Shell Lubricant Solutions has exclusive access to training and educational materials that will help it align its quality assurance processes with the APQP4Wind standard. Shell also gains recognition of its commitment to global quality assurance standards and a platform to support the further development of the APQP4Wind standard.
